The Challenge

Challenge your body with interval training that includes body weight and weight training. This Class includes a circuit style training that is always slightly modified to help with muscle confusion getting you in the best shape of your life.


Cardio Kickboxing

Aerobic and Cardio Kickboxing classes provide a full body workout that will leave you with the feeling of accomplishment. Classes are known to burn up to 1000 calories a class, building lean muscles and a healthy heart.


Combat Kickboxing

Grab some gloves, hit some bags, and get ready to punch and kick your way fit! Classes are known to burn up to 1000 calories a class, building lean muscles and a healthy heart.

WARRIORS CLASS (3-5 YEARS OLD)


























Parents if you are interested in starting your child in martial arts at an early age then look no further. The warrior class is designed specifically for 3-5 years old. We teach them coordination, balance, self-defense, discipline, confidence, and much more to help develop their motor skills. Training Schedule
